I wish for my films to be an invitation to contemplation and gratitude for the beauty that surrounds us. Through music and delicate storytelling, my films invite the audience to slow down, immerse themselves in the serenity of nature, and reflect on our connection with it. I hope this can inspire greater environmental awareness and a deeper perspective on our existence. My works represent my passion for nature and my vision of a life in harmony with it. Mila Costi is known as an actress, famous for having appeared as co-lead in the film Il buco (Michelangelo Frammartino, Italy / 2021). In 2023 she directed “A Little Thing”, her first short film, awarded and selected at several international festivals. In 2025 she directed a new short film: “A Goat to Follow”.
